Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Host to join our growing team at New Image Auto Spa. As a Host, you will be the face of our business – greeting customers, booking appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based sales role that requires cashiering and CRM experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and guide them through selecting detailing services
- Schedule detailing appointments using CRM software
- Manage appointment calendar to optimize technician schedules
- Perform cashier duties including processing payments
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Suggest additional services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization of waiting area
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in an automotive setting
- Cash handling experience with ability to operate POS system
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn CRM software
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends
