Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Leader to join our growing team at New Image Auto Spa. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of car washers, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will be able to perform all duties alongside your team, including washing, detailing, vacuuming, and maintaining vehicles to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage team of car washers by assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to procedures
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning services including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and more
- Complete inspections of vehicles before and after servicing
- Handle customer complaints and ensure 100% satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and materials
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with ownership on staffing, budgets, supplies, and operational initiatives
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of car wash experience
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of car cleaning techniques and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Flexible schedule including weekends
